Complimentary Care Service

As part of Aileach Moon's support for conscious consumerism, when you  purchase an item which is bespoke, made to order or part of selected collections you will be offered a complimentary annual TLC clean and polish for your purchased piece. This is in honour of the beauty and longevity of precious metals and will ensure your jewellery always looks its best.

The time taken and materials used in cleaning and polishing your piece are provided free of charge and clients are asked to pay for registered and insured shipping (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) to send items to Aileach Moon and for return of the polished piece.

Complimentary Care Terms & Conditions

  • You agree to be contacted by email with an invite to send your purchase for a complimentary clean and polish.

  • The unique identifying number of your Aileach Moon piece is required in order to avail of this service. This will be cross-referenced to ensure you item is eligible for this complimentary service.

  • If you accept the invite, you agree to send and pay for registered and insured shipping of your item to Aileach Moon. Items may be delivered to the studio strictly upon agreement only. If this has been agreed you will be given a receipt of delivery.

  • Upon completion of the complimentary clean and polish, Aileach Moon will invoice you for the cost of shipping to return your goods. You agree to make payment promptly upon receipt of this invoice. Goods will not be dispatched until payment for shipping has been made in full.

  • Upon payment, Aileach Moon will promptly ship your goods by the registered and insured shipping method detailed on the invoice. Collection of goods from the studio is strictly by prior arrangement only.

  • Whilst Aileach Moon will schedule invites in accordance with workload and aims to dispatch completed work within 10 business days, this cannot be guaranteed in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
